Due to claiming nonreceipt of goods, the DNA often triggers a PR, regardless of whether or not the delivery Is signed for.

ive done one before a few months back and they didnt ask for a PR. it was an item that was a few hundred bucks so it wasnt cheap either.

the one i just did was $600 and it just triggered a replacement order but i wanted to just get a refund instead. so i guss it depends on buy history maybe?
