“We have requested a Return to Sender for the new watch we sent out.
If the parcel does happen to be delivered please reject delivery and it will come back to us. 
However we cannot process a refund until we recieve the original box back fom you.
I have attached a return consignment note that will send the box back to us.”
This was the reply i received.

When they receive the original box, your refund will be processed.

As stated, be sure to reject the replacement.
