France

Did you experience any complications, or was It pretty straightforward?

For my own refund it was pretty complicated.

First contact by LC they said that they would reply to me in the next 24h. After 24h, no news so I contacted them again saying that the last agent didn’t give me any news.

During this 2nd LC, rep told me that her workmate ask for a refund to the accounting department and that it was denied. She told me to ask the bank to cancel the transaction.

3rd contact was by phone, the rep told me that she would resend the package.  My wife’s received the replacement mail and immediately after a cancel mail saying that they could not replace.

4th contact was by phone again where the rep after making me wait 10min told me that they had to talk to my wife since the order was under her name. I got angry and told them that the only difference would be that they would have a woman’s voice behind the line.

5th contact was my wife calling them, they were really nice and told her that they will refund.

When I do it for my customers I never had such hassle for a lego dna though. They usually just apologize and refund.
