I have ordered one pair of airpods from apple.pl official site and they are comming at my door soon. I am aiming to claim an eb, actually telling them that the box of the airpods was there but once i opened it inside the box there was no airpods loading case, just a box. I belive it is a good method as the loading case with the airpods is extremley light itself. But i am aware of the fact that they can shit on me and say that there is no way that there is an empty box without the product itself. What next? I am aiming for ftid v3, (sending an envelope with deleted rma info). But i know there are only 14 days to send the product and if ftid fails i wont be able to return them which ends up not only as se fail but also a specific amount of my money lost. What are the other alternatives when it comes to apple? I am open to any suggestions? What is the famous always hitting method for them latley? I appreciate any kind of suggestions. One more question. Is there a chance they will perform the refund right away after i claimed that there are none inside? Or should i be prepared to see message about an investigation being opened? Whats the proces in general? Once again as i said any advice would be kindly appreciated. Peace
