Already opened chargeback for lit
As for LIT - if the account is in good health it should go through. All you gotta do is investigate with the carrier yourself and get word from them that the package is lost in transit - get the ref number and forward it to the amazon rep and quote the carrier saying its lost in transit.
From this point on be aggressive if they make you wait longer periods. Simply explain you did an investigation with them before contacting amazon and you got a response from them in x amount of days - and they can't get a response in weeks ? Also mention you gave the ref number and it is documented that they lost the package and you were further advised to contact amazon so they proceed with the lost claim as it was their label bla bla.
Chargeback usually happens right away - you could have contacted carrier first and gotten LIT confirmation before contacting amazon.
