Should I take it upon ECC ( European Consumer Commission ) or no? It's a pretty big amount which I'd like not to lose to some bullshit. Both FR and DE keep forwarding me back and forth between each other.

How should I reason with the chargeback? The refunder I used, used LIT when it still worked.

Say it has to have gotten lost in transit. Just be persuasive.
