Can I ask for the one time exception to not send it back and have the refund anyway ? Maybe by making up an excuse saying that I'm leaving the country for an unknown amount of time and that I didn't take it with me as it was not working at all.You can ask for a one-time exception during the claim's assessment (using the excuse above), when It's at the stage of Apple requesting the Item be returned.
Thanks for your response @mothered !
The iPad will arrived in a couple days. Will try that and let you know. Do you thing that just saying the iPad doesn't turn on is enough or should I raise an other problem (and if yes any idea of something that could work ?) ?
