Yeah phone call definitely seems the way to go with these. Had a quick call this morning and they just apologised and said are you happy to receive a refund and we'll send you an email. I'll update when/if I actually receive the email.

Good to read they've approved the refund.

Email received from the original person I dealt with saying they are still waiting back to hear from the refund team. So the reps are offering refund without the power to do so I think.
