Adding on to this im supposed to be getting my bose headphones that i se'd a week ago tomorrow so thats good, and plus i just did a se for my turtlebeach headset. For some reason they haven't asked me to send it back and have said they will get me a replacement in 10-14 days but they did ask for proof of serial number and a piece of paper for the rma. So atleast a bit of good news is coming
