Depends if you get the ref confirmation yet, what happened so far?

For starters i got the serial number on the back of my dell monitor, said it doesn't turn on then they say they needing proof with paper so i do that. Think a day later they say they dont have the monitor i have in stock so they're giving me a better one or something? And now im supposed to be receiving the package today but my concern is that im gonna get rebilled and obviously they want the 'damaged' one back so im gonna see if i can either get the ups label from the guy who comes to try and collect my monitor or just keep spamming until they eventually they give me the label hopefully.
