Literally just finished an empty box on Rayban. Say that everything other than the glasses came. They will request pictures of the boxes you have mentioned and that was it, one email is all it took and then a few days later refund issued. Don’t complicate it by involving the courier, perfect set up for the empty box.

Thank you for your advice. Should I contact them today or tomorrow? How should I contact them .? I am in the UK.
