The delivery guy just left the box outside my door . In the proof of delivery however it says that the package is left at mailbox

If It's an unsecured mailbox, there's no difference when opting for the DNA method.

The weight is 0.40 KGS / 390 Gr

Is that the weight of the actual sunglasses?

Also, did you order through Ray-Ban?

Yes from Rayban’s website . No the weight includes the case , the box and the glass. The glasses came in a black box , in which was the case and the glasses . All of this contained inside a cardboard box . The glasses are very light . Should I just say that the glasses were missing ?
