Wait 6 months and use new device, payment info and everything will be ok

Amazon is doing a great job linking accounts lately.

If you're OFM'ed just give up you will never be able to order again with that account

Not about ordering. I have an unfinished refund which timeline has passed and I need to contact CS to get it finished

I know they will keep some information

But it's better to have it deleted.
