I played up to a bit in the call saying I was confused as to why I received an empty box but tracking shows it will be delivered tomorrow. Worker says it looks like we are dealing with a missing item and has sent an email just asking me to attach a few pictures and if I'd like a refund or return. So think this will be a quite easy success.

Any updates?

Nope. Not heard back from them but guessing as it's a weekend that may be why. Will email them again if I've not had a reply by tomorrow afternoon.
