What would you recommend me to do, if I am in the following situation, I am trying to refund 2x iphones 13 pro max that they sent me by otp and for some reason when I arrive I managed to make me leave the package without giving the otp and yet that same day in the afternoon it appeared delivered and it happened that the delivery man spoke to technical support because he returned to my house and left him waiting and for some reason when I returned to Attend to him he mentioned that he had just spoken to the technical support and they provided him with the otp so I did not worry, without taking care of giving him the otp myself because he had achieved it on his own and left, What should I do? I tried to claim that the order didn't come and I was denied, so I felt nervous. I am from Mexico and I will appreciate the advice

I'm sorry to know that you still don't receive your package No. ********** even though the tracking says it's already delivered.
Tracking indicates that the package was delivered using a temporary password.
Temporary password verification adds additional security to your deliveries, as the password is only available in the Ready to Deliver email, sent on the day of delivery. You can also access it in My Orders; to do this, click on "Track package" next to the corresponding order. Delivery will not be completed until the password is shared with the driver. Therefore, we cannot issue a replacement or refund for this order.
I recommend that you contact anyone who might have had access to your temporary password and therefore been able to receive this package for you.

*Pd: The funny thing here is that I did not share the temporary password, but he got it by calling technical support.

It is that I could not tell him that I did not find my package because he gave it to me even if I did not provide him with the otp claiming that it had not reached my mail and that if I could return more night to check if I already had it with me and in that way share it (which I was not going to do), because I thought I had won when he left me the package, however when he comes back in the afternoon, after I made him wait a while outside my house, when I went out again to tell him that I didn't get it he told me that he called technical support and got the otp on his own, that I don't understand how he did it because I guess he shouldn't be able to have a way to get that data.
