Can I just sign into an account and claim DNA when an order arrives and they wont investigate? As stated by @Nabeshin, do not use the DNA with Apple - they tend to release themselves from lability, and ask to deal directly with the carrier.
Just to make It clear, a one-time exception can be offered while the claim Is being assessed and an exclusion will apply. For Instance, If the product required a return but for one reason or another, you couldn't fulfil their request, they'll offer the one-time exception and not expect the return.
So it should be possible to buy an iphone, return it any reason and then FTID them?
