Hermes lets you still sign, but with a pen directly on your package which they then take a photo of. So no DNA possible here

It's useless.

Who's to say the signature belongs to "you?". Anyone could've signed, perhaps the driver - which I continue to experience on a weekly basis. There are a number of possibilities as to why you didn't personally receive the package:

• It was given to the wrong person
  
• Dumped at your doorstep
  
• The driver took It with him/her.

But what about DHL, they dont aks for anything but to come in and personly give you the package, thats it. Wouldnt that be perfect for a DNA?

No It doesn't. It shows It was delivered to your "address".

Tracking cannot confirm person-to-person delivery, which Is why the DNA renders It useless.
