I see for example that my contact can refund 4 items in amazon EU for 10 000e, even on a new account.
It seems crazy to me. I have SE a lot, but never to this level.

That amount is done by a UPS insider, that's why. Its currently the only thing worth going to a refunder for tbh

That's what I thought at first but no.
Amazon.fr for example doesnt send packages with ups or dhl.
They are small local companies that work with amazon. With a system similar to uber.

Thats why you order from .com or .de.
