It's only a matter of time before Apple wakes up to themselves and realizes what's going on with their mismanagement of claims.

I was put on hold for like 20 min the rep was taking note of the situation STEP BY STEP, WORD FOR WORD. that phone call was unbearable but hey got my 1.2k back. But they are def cracking down on it. Thank God for sinister.li or i would have not gotten a new phone
