I got an UPS label for a repair return from them actually fairly easily. Now I just dont know how to go about it. The label is adressed to a UPS distribution center and not directly to them. and idk how to get dry ice in germany XD
They wouldn't provide me with a label. Instead they offered me to have someone from DHL to pick it up at my house, or to bring the laptop myself to an authorized repair shop.
I didn't like either option, so I proceeded with the "disposed of faulty item method".
They have been requesting pictures of the laptop, and I've been sending them corrupted files over and over, but they keep insisting.
I will keep insisting on my end though.
has the same issue with my rep. I just scoured through diverse youtube unboxing videos and ebay articles to amass pictures of the item with a similiar desk.
