Not sure tbh I didn’t actually go through with saying it was tampered with, still speaking with them about this tho with no real progress at the moment unfortunately

I got my iPhone 13 EB refund from Apple on Friday.
I said completely empty box so I cannot provide a serial number as I have no idea.
As soon as I provided a police report and written declaration I was literally refunded within 30 minutes haha. (Well sent a replacement in my case as I asked for).

For the police report did they ask for it to be signed and stamped? i did mine online and obviously didn’t get any of that back, they’ve also requested it in a pdf format.

What’s this written declaration you spoke of?
