I've done that before and they because of where i am normally the delivery person signs it but the still try not to process the refund. Do i just persist?

That would be fine. How identifiable is your door/surroundings when they’d be taking a pic? Be sure not to show any tattoos etc if you have any when they take a quick picture as I’ve noticed with past images I’ve had taken. (Not  proceeded with an SE in those cases)

You can always argue that it was not you who received the package on that picture.

I was thinking to wait till the driver was about to leave to open the door and meet him on the drive as there is nothing unique about the drive. Could this work?
