Even if you send the items back legit but your account got closed you wont get a refund anymore. Even if you proof it.

Amazon has stated the following details In their response:

we can only issue a refund once the item has been processed by our returns team.
As soon as it's processed, we'll request a refund to your payment method and send you an email confirmation.

Its a lie. They wont refund him. OFM = go next / chargeback

Not true, if they've provided him a label, whether the account is close or not, the return and refund process will go through as usual. I know this because my accounts were recently closed and I used a label after and got a refund and the refund email.

The account is done when it get ofm. Nothing will work. Ofm is literally a death sentence for your account no point wasting your time. Either file a cb or move on.
