How did you contact them ? How did you get sent this email asking for information? Did you call them and they said they will email you with these questions?

Initially had to call, no live chat option. Explained the situation and he put me on hold and came back 5 minutes later saying that I will be followed up via email on the investigation.

The next day (today) was contacted via email to send through photos which I did this afternoon. I expect a reply tomorrow hopefully.
