Yep dw I haven’t turned it I haven’t taken the seal off

Conatacted the support once again "Upon checking, you will be needing to wait for 3-5 business days to check if it will arrive on you but if it passed those days kindly contact us.
Finding this quite starnge or perhaps it could just be standard proceedure
