DNA with Apple on an account with high useage and credibility should work imo.

If you're planning to specifically SE Apple, they can be difficult to deal with when hitting the DNA.

For Instance, they're known to release themselves from liability and ask you to deal directly with the carrier.

but contingency plans must always be in place...

In the event the SE fails, they can still be returned for a legit refund - that's the contingency plan.

Rather than DNA, EB has the high rate with apple isn’t it. It’s harder for them to distance themselves from the issue.

I believe there is live chat. But it's always easier to control the situation on the phone. Things cant be misinterpreted and even if they are you can communicate it clearly before rep has time to cast judgement
