hi guys,
spoke to a rep about EB on an oculus quest 2 , as others have done i claimed it to be EB and i ordered a replacement kit with it (to return ofc to make it more believable)
The rep said
I understand that your nephews birthday is in 2 days and we will do our best to investigate the issue and get back to you via email.
I recommend to contact Yodel as well and see what are they going to do about delivering an empty box.

I don't know how to interpret this?
