Out of interest, is the only way to contact apple to phone them?

I believe there is live chat. But it's always easier to control the situation on the phone. Things cant be misinterpreted and even if they are you can communicate it clearly before rep has time to cast judgement

Interesting I’ve always gone through livechat and traditionally with amazon it works the best. Might give my next SE a call instead
