May I ask why you've hit a chargeback, when there's every chance the claim will be approved by Amazon?

they denied the police report saying that they need more stuff, but the police are saying they won’t do anything as they don’t think a crime has happened so idk what to do

You need to be adamant and keep insisting with your version, telling what the police told you and keep contacting them on a regular basis

So I should keep calling and messaging them about it? Because everytime i contact them they say that they will send the case to a team that deals with this problem and then i always get the same email about they cant do anything about it without a police report so its just an endless circle
