you should actually try using some other website for ordering a component like a gpu as the gpu is gonna cost money and the seller might not give you refund...i would suggest this. Any other questions that you wanna ask?

you can always return the box with dry ice in it.

Thanks again for your reply, dry ice is not really relevant or necessary if the Wrong item delivered idea works.
