If anyone can help me, I just got airpod pros and a case from Amazon and I got out of a chat with support and I said it was an eb and he said he’d move me up to the special team that handles this and I got an email saying that they won’t be refunding me and I can contact the authorities if I want to go further. Anyway I can sort this out?

that sounds kinda awkward. what did u say to the reps? anything that might be inconsistent with your EB story?

I just said that the airpods arrived and when my sister opened the box it was empty, I was outraged as this was a gift for her, then he said it mightve been the wrong package and might arrive at 1 June then I said thats too late as her birthday is today and need to give the gift today, and then he said he'd tell the team who deal with this and theyll send me an email in 24hrs. The email said that they cant refund or replace my airpods and if i want to continue with it I can contact the authorities or the bank.
