I have assessed your order and delivery details and can confirm the investigation concludes the correct goods were shipped to you.
The goods we sealed in manufacturers packaging and never previously sold.
As you confirmed the packaging was not damaged when received, we cannot conclude the parcel was tampered with or damaged in transit.
In this instance, as we are in a dispute, please raise a case with your card issuer. They will then act as an unbiased third party and investigate. If they deem you to have been treated unfairly, of if they deem the goods to have been undelivered, a refund will be provided.
I stated I wasn’t aware of any damage to the parcel so they’re holding that against me. What shall I do?
