Good morning, first of all i'm so sorry for my english.
I would like to have some help before placing an order to SE an item.
The item I selected is a metal digital watch, the cost is about 600 euros from amazon jp.
The thing i know for sure it's that the shipping is always DHL and will always pass the customs to italy.
I opened my account two weeks ago. On the last friday evening a placed a legit order of a few euros to make some history to the account and it already is in transit to my house.
What method do you suggest to use in this case? I already informed myself in chat with them for a return process and from what they said i did understand that the dhl carrier come to pick the return so i think a modified return label is out of question (and it pass the customs to japan too, i don't want to run the risk of they find some incongruencies).
