If there's an OTP (and you're usually told so during the checkout process) then the DNA gets infinitely harder and you're better off finding another store or another method

Can iPads be blacklisted? Even a unlocked phone can be black listed? And I was wondering can I order a shipment from the USA meaning Amazon.com and refund it there if I’m in a different country?

Planning on doing DNA

Any thing that uses a simcard to connect to the mobile network can be blacklisted, and you won't be able to use the mobile signal
It will still work perfectly on the wifi though
