Update: The seller provided me with a return label, and sent me a message: Hello, the return has been approved, please note that if an empty box is shipped back to us, we will report the serial number to Sony without delay.

As of now, I'll play with the PS5 until the date required to return it. When it comes time to return it, I'll send them the empty box and see if their threats hold any water.

Why did they send you a return label if the PS5 is missing? Is there something I'm not understanding loool? What do they want you to return?

Must be procedure, I was thinking the same thing.

Just to clarify, the method I went with was claiming everything but the console arrived, and then returning everything but the console (controller, remote).
