Are you responding to the same address that stated your refund was coming?  I would make sure you are and ask for an expidited return, confirming everything, like your bank who you are speaking/emailing.

Yes I have done that repeatedly to no avail.

And take the info to your bank and provide the proof the said it and get your money back.  It's your bank, they work for you.  This is unacceptable, you can't survive without this item and the money it costs, how crazy these big companies do this. 

I have tried getting help from my bank, but they said they couldn't chargeback the money. And even after I told them that a refund was allegedly issued, they didn't want to help me because of the high number of refunds on my bank account.
