I was told that someone will reach out to me via email, because I had no type of response in regard to my case. It's been over a week too.
She also left an email right after the voicemail but did not mention what she wanted in both phone and email.

What was their last response with this:

I have been going back and forth through livechat

Last response from them was the chat said that someone will contact me, and that my case was being reviewed. It was escalated because I was not given a reply in a week.
