I did send an email of disappointment and mention of possibility of chargeback and  complaint to gov orgs that handle fair business practice.

Is it worth it?

Any attempt to try and achieve a favorable outcome, Is well worth It.

You have nothing to lose, and everything to gain - should It succeed.

It will be a lengthy process and waiting and prep supporting doc.
