The signature was done by my roommate who was available at the time of arrival, so it is most likely the name initials or first name.

In case of a failed claim, I cannot return back for a full amount. It is a large order that I cannot just "eat" it. I did send an email of disappointment and mention of possibility of chargeback and complaint to gov orgs that handle fair business practice.
