They are still saying they are closing it and not backing down.. i also have yet to receive a response from ecr or  the other email i sent.

We'll see what the others have to say.

Also their reasoning to me was that i violated previously and that because of the proprietary nature of their business they could not discuss it any further

You're not asking to disclose sensitive Information, but rather to state precisely what you've violated - which will be documented In their terms/policy.

If they're not willing to provide any details to justify their decision, action should not have been taken to begin with. For all you know, they could've made the whole thing up.
