Basically said that I don't have the mouse anymore (someone in my family threw it out because it was not functional anymore) and also told them about the POP I already sent to one of the other reps. Made a bit of a sad story about it all. Did not demand anything but asked what could be done right now. Waiting on their reply.
A very good approach with each event - mouse & POP.

We shall await their reply.

Two things:

1) Their reply

"Good day! I hope you find this email well.

This is xxx from Razer Warranty Team and I'll be assisting you today!

Thank you so much for providing the information needed for the warranty claim. We are not glad to know that your Razer Basilisk V3 no longer turns on even after all the troubleshooting. We also apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused you. No worries will help you get a replacement.

However, we will have to ask for your proof of purchase (PDF form) again as upon further validating a screenshot of your receipt does not meet the valid proof of purchase requirements. What we need is the official invoice directly downloaded from the seller's website or a copy from the seller. Proof of purchase should be in .pdf if purchased online or .jpg if purchased from a physical store.

Razer must positively identify that the Product falls within the applicable Limited Warranty period. We also need to verify that the Product was purchased from an authorized seller of Razer Products.

If you have additional concerns, please do not hesitate to circle us back so we can assist and clarify things for you.

For your reference, your case number is xxx.

We look forward to hearing from you soon."

2) I found the official invoice in .pdf from the website I purchased something else. I'm wondering if I can edit .pdfs with an editor that can do that, or that it will be better with Photoshop. I don't know how they can figure out the .pdf was tempered with but it's my final option for now.

Another thing, this sentence:

"Razer must positively identify that the Product falls within the applicable Limited Warranty period. We also need to verify that the Product was purchased from an authorized seller of Razer Products."

Makes me think that they only need to confirm it wasn't purchased from some weird ass shop which sells products but isn't authorized to do so.

For now, if I can find a good editor for the .pdf file, I'll be able to replicate the information I put in with inspect element in that original screenshot and share that .pdf with them. I'm glad they didn't say anything about the thrown away mouse.
Like roses, we blossom, then die.
