I sent them a new reply. Basically said that I don't have the mouse anymore (someone in my family threw it out because it was not functional anymore) and also told them about the POP I already sent to one of the other reps. Made a bit of a sad story about it all. Did not demand anything but asked what could be done right now. Waiting on their reply.

A very good approach with each event - mouse & POP.
