The POP, I already sent them

Tell them exactly that - you've already sent It.

As such, they may not request It again.

Since I don't have the mouse, I'm thinking of the alternatives. No idea how to approach this, though. What to choose; a story of why I cannot send it, or an actual method.

You can box them.

What's the best alternative to boxing them? Am not really in the best state/situation to be doing that. And as for the POP, I will tell them I already sent it.
