Typically i wouldnt be as up in arms over this since i se them at times but this is completely uncalled for and totally wrong. and now they are attempting to take my money too. Today i was hung up on by 2 supervisors and told they cant get me in touch with anyone other than via email..

Have you tried Jeff@Amazon.com?  I'm pretty sure you can request your money by cheque if it comes to it, I've done that before.

They mention "related accounts", did they catch you multi-accounting by any chance?

So the reference to multiple accounts was because i had a school email and account that i had student prime for. Long story short with that account i lost my wallet in a casino and had to report everything in it stolen when i did this with my banks and cards i did not think to tell them i would be using the numbers of my cards as i could because i had nothing, well i charged a few things on amazon and my credit card company immediately disputed these charges thinking they were preventing fraud. So they grabbed the funds and it was a big mess but i made sure to clear it up so they really have nothing to do close my account on.

Ask them precisely which terms were violated.

The only thing i have been given in regards to which terms was that they previously closed my account
