Update* The executive resolutions team agent emailed me that i would receive a update in a week, but i just got another email from the best buy team saying that they escalated my case to the head office they also said there's a new case open that will get back to me within 3-5 business days. I did send another email to the support team a couple days ago but at the same time the email the best buy team sent me quoted the conversation i had with the other agent on the exectuive resolutions team agent.
