In terms of the YouTube video, It's very likely they'll request It again so to make It look as though you're doing your utmost best to clarify the Issue, repeat the process, but upload It to another platform - such as Dailymotion.

Also, assure them It's working fine on your end.

But one of the last sentences makes me think they really want to have the mouse sent to them instead of giving me the mouse without sending something.

Thanks for the replies. Sent my reply to the rep. I also think they'll ask to re-send the video but probably through Google Drive, one of their prior options besides YouTube.
Gotta think about a reason why I would like to use Dailymotion or something else besides Drive, or come up with a faulty Drive link method.

I also mistyped the Store with one single letter, where it's ovbious what the store is (known Dutch store) but enough for me to have a peace of mind that they won't hammer me about it. Idk. It felt better to send it like that lol.
