A friend of mine has recently started doing refunds. His method is to create new accounts, make a bunch of small orders with Amazon GCs, and then make a somewhere 3-5k "refund" purchase with his Revolut VCC, but after a while, Amazon just puts the whole account and order on hold and asks for utility bill with names and etc... Has happened a bunch of times and now it happened again the day the items were supposed to arrive.

Whats his refund method?

He is not even getting to refund, his orders are getting put on hold to this day on every account he makes. We tried proxies, clearing cache, and shadowpcs. I don't know what is going on, Amazon is unresponsive as well.

Maybe his Revolut VCC is flagged? Have you tried using a different payment method?
