[mothered]

It requires a signature I could have someone else sign for it or fake it but I was considering the fact it's 3k and the chances of succeeding.

A very good chance, Irrespective of the Item value.

A signature Is a useless form of verification. The driver himself could've signed the consignment, and taken the goods with him - I've personally experience It. Or perhaps handed the package to the wrong recipient. There are so many possibilities, hence the reason why a signature holds no value when faked.
