I did the boxing method yesterday, and as of this morning I checked the package tracking on UPS, and it was "Damage reported" when at the last checkpoint, so what do I do know exactly??? Obviously samsung wont receive the package. would I make a dispute with UPS?

UPS have noticed the tampering and have raised a damage report, which essentially releases them from liability.

Samsung will receive the package, as well as the report on Its condition. Hopefully the rep assessing the claim, Is brain-dead and overlooks the Incident filed by UPS.

I don't believe its still getting shipped. It says estimated delivery: Not available. and its been at the same location all day, should I just try again?
