Hello,

We are writing to inform you that the issuer of your credit or debit card has received a report of unauthorized use of your card and has canceled a transaction made on the Amazon account associated with this email address. Details of the transaction are included below.

To prevent further unauthorized orders from being placed, your Amazon account has been placed on hold. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

If you believe that an unauthorized party may have accessed your account to place this order, contact adresse-verification@Amazon.co.uk An account specialist will review the issue and take any necessary action. If we find any disputes that result from unauthorized use of your account, you will not be held responsible.

If you authorized this transaction, your card issuer withdrew the funds; we therefore always require payment for the order. To pay for this transaction, we may charge any valid card that has been previously registered to your Amazon account.

Important: Due to the fraud report, we are unable to charge the card used for the disputed transaction or add additional payment methods to your Amazon account until this issue has been resolved.

If you would like to charge another card to your Amazon account, reply to this email with the following information:
-- the type of card you want us to charge (e.g. Visa, MasterCard) and its last 2 digits;
-- the order number to pay.

For security, do not include the full card number.

You can also use any gift card balance you have in your account to pay for this order.

If you haven't saved another valid payment method on your Amazon account, you can contact your card issuer to withdraw the dispute. Your bank should provide an estimate of the time required.

Here is the transaction information:

--xxxxx
Please note that you may receive more than one notification email regarding the complaining order and any other disputed orders.

You can authorize refunds for all orders that are in dispute with a single response. You can do this by including the order numbers from other dispute notifications in your response. You do not need to reply to other emails if you choose this option.

Your account will remain on hold until the dispute is resolved through one of the options listed above.

Awaiting a quick response from you,

The account specialist
